We support and train (hiring) managers in their role within the recruitment process. Think of prioritizing vacancies, realistic capacity planning and making choices in the recruitment process. We also provide application workshops, in which (hiring) managers are trained to conduct a job interview.

We support the selection, implementation and effective use of recruitment technology, such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We also ensure that systems are well connected to the recruitment process and that teams can work with them optimally.
